The data is stored on non-volatile EEPROM. For data loggers with external batteries: change batteries and offload data, then relaunch normally. For data loggers with internal batteries: as long as the EEPROM has not been damaged, the data can be retrieved by Onset. Please contact the place of purchase for a return authorization number and request data back service.

Data logger is shutting off prematurely
A discharge of static electricity may cause a running data logger to stop recording. Precautions should be taken to prevent this while handling the data logger.
Discharges may occur when there is a charge difference between the data logger and a cable being connected to it or when a person touches an exposed jack.

T-VER-E50B2 operation
The T-VER-E50B2 Energy and Power Meter outputs three sets of pulses that are logged by the UX120-017. These pulses represent Watt-hours, Amp-hours, and VAR-hours. HOBOware software uses these pulse values to calculate AC Current, AC Voltage, kW, Power Factor, VARs, and VA.
