If you're experiencing communication issues with your USB data logger, base station, and shuttle, here are a few things to consider:
If using Windows -
- Be sure that your OS is supported and up to date (Admin)
- Try "High Power" mode
If using a Mac -
- Be sure that you've installed the Kext file provided with the HOBOware download
For either Windows or Mac -
- Check that HOBOware is up to date
- Check the USB cable for connectivity with other known working devices
- Check optic windows for clarity, and clean and buff out as needed
- Check the coupler for tightness
- Check the coupler for installed magnets
