The following URLs must be allowed in order to use Onset CX and MX Gateways on any network. (No other time protocols can be used.)
- https://onset.rigado.io/:443 (for firmware updates)
- https://onsetcomp.com/:443
- https://0.us.pool.ntp.org/:123
- https://1.us.pool.ntp.org/:123
- https://2.us.pool.ntp.org/:123
- https://3.us.pool.ntp.org/:123
Ports 443 and 123 need to be open. It's also recommended that users ensure that port 80 (default http port) is unblocked .
