Purchasing an MX data plan gives you access to LI-COR Cloud (formerly HOBOlink) remote monitoring platform's powerful data and user management tools by pushing data from MX loggers to the cloud using the HOBOconnect app and/or an MX Gateway.
Important Information
A data plan is required for each MX device. Also required is a mobile or Windows device with the free HOBOconnect app, or an MX Gateway with a WiFi or Ethernet connection.
Overview
Expand your data and device management by purchasing an optional MX Data Plan that connects your MX devices and data with LI-COR Cloud monitoring software's powerful data and user management tools. Choose from two options of MX data plans-the MX-Speed and MX-Data. Each plan offers different benefits, depending on what best suits your application. You can use the Cloud to manage your data for just a small annual fee per device.
To push your data to LI-COR Cloud, you can use either through HOBOconnect or an MX Gateway, depending on the application; Using the MX Gateway stations, MX loggers send their data via Bluetooth to the MX Gateway, which continuously sends that data to LI-COR Cloud via WiFi or Ethernet. The Gateway also sends alerts with user-defined notifications/alarms, such as low battery, measurement excursions, and more.
