COVID-19, effective 5/10/2020
Onset continues to monitor the latest coronavirus developments and guidance from local authorities, the Centers for Disease Control, and the World Health Organization. The health and well-being of our customers, suppliers, employees, and the surrounding community is of the utmost importance to us, so we are taking the necessary precautions to keep everyone safe.
At this time, Onset’s ability to build our products and ship them to our customers as scheduled has not been affected by the coronavirus situation. We are taking proactive measures to work with our suppliers to identify and mitigate any potential supply chain disruptions and will continue to provide updates in the future, as needed.
Onset will be closed on Thursday, July 2nd and Friday, July 3rd for the 4th of July holiday weekend. Online ordering will still be available as always. Re-opening on Monday, July 6th.
MX logger not appearing in the Recently Seen/In Range list on the HOBO screen
The logger may need new batteries. Symbols will appear on the logger LCD if the batteries have enough voltage remaining and are installed properly.
The logger is not within range of the phone or tablet, or something is obstructing the communication. Move closer to the logger. The range for successful wireless communication is approximately 30.5 m (100 ft) with full line-of-sight.
Make sure Bluetooth is enabled in your phone or tablet settings.
Try disabling the “Show Only My Devices” setting if necessary.
