Troubleshooting communication issues with USB data loggers, base stations, and shuttles

If you're experiencing communication issues with your USB data logger, base station, and shuttle, here are a few things to consider:

If using Windows -
Be sure that your OS is supported and up to date (Admin)
Try "High Power" mode

If using a Mac -
Be sure that you've installed the Kext file provided with the HOBOware download

For either Windows or Mac -
Check that HOBOware is up to date
Check the USB cable for connectivity with other known working devices
Check optic windows for clarity, and clean and buff out as needed
Check the coupler for tightness
Check the coupler for installed magnets
