I cannot connect to my new HOBO MX logger - or My existing logger says it's out of range.
Refer to the HOBOmobile setting called "Show Only My Devices" (see attached screenshots).
If an MX logger has been configured and launched with a different mobile device than you are currently using, and this setting is enabled on your mobile device, the logger will not be available to connect to your device and will be listed as "Out of Range," no matter the distance from the mobile device.
This will also prevent you from connecting to any new HOBO MX products that you may purchase.
Disabling this setting in HOBOmobile will allow communications with your logger to resume.
