No device connected error

I have been downloading weather data for the last 2 months using a Hobo U30 Station. Just today I was unable to. It says No devices connected eventhough plugged in. Hence, when attempting a readout there is " No Hoboware-supported onset devices attached"...I updated my software but this does not help

Hi wclsirabis. Im not sure what might have happened to the unit but try pulling the power for a minute. Make sure you remove the solar panel first, then the battery. Wait a minute, plug it all back in and try again. You will need to relaunch the logger after this. If that doesn't work, contact tech support.
