MX 1101 screen says 'Stop' and phone can't connect - what can I do?

I think the memory on my MX1101 is full. The screen has the word 'Stop' on it. However, the HOBO software on my phone can't connect so I can clear it. It just shows that it is trying to connect endlessly. What can I do?

Hi Barry. We see this once in a while, there could be any number of things that caused it. Perhaps an ESD event locked it up. Go ahead and pull the batteries for a moment (don't worry, you will not lose any logged data) re-insert and try again. If that doesn't work, contact our Support Team for additional help.
