DEAP Energy Group in Newton, Massachusetts just finished super-insulating Massachusetts State Rep. Will Brownsberger's 1920s-era two family house, making it 80 percent more energy efficient than the average New England home. DEAP’s Paul Eldrenkamp is using eleven HOBO U10 data loggers to monitor indoor relative humidity, temperature, and dew point; a HOBO U23 logger to monitor outdoor temperature and relative humidity; and a Telaire 7001 and HOBO U12 data logger to track CO2 levels for fine-tuning the ventilation system. Listen in as he and Will Brownsberger explain the financial incentives in National Grid's Deep Energy Retrofit pilot program and how Onset data loggers are being used.
