Rugged and compact, the redesigned HOBO USB Micro Station is a weatherproof data logger for multi-channel monitoring of microclimates. Starting at just $220, this battery-powered station accepts up to five plug-and-play Smart Sensors and has a hinged door to make sensor installation simple and quick. The Micro Station is equipped with a built-in USB port for fast, efficient data readout to a computer, and an integrated mounting tabs for easy installation.
Looking for a cellular option? The MicroRX Station offers integrated solar panel or battery-power for affordable remote data offload via 4G cellular.
Interested in water level and flow monitoring? The MicroRX Water Level Station combines the MicroRX Station with Onset’s own water level sensor and pre-programmed water flow formulas.
The HOBO U24-002-C is a cost-effective data logger for measuring salinity, conductivity and temperature in saltwater environments with relatively small changes in salinity (±5,000 μS/cm) such as saltwater bays, or to detect salinity events such as upwelling, rainstorm, and discharge events. Data from the logger can be used with data from the HOBO U26 Dissolved Oxygen Logger for monitoring percent dissolved oxygen saturation.
Note: When monitoring salinity in waters with more than ±5,000 uS/cm variation, refer to the accuracy shown in Plot C in the product specifications to determine if the accuracy is acceptable for your needs. Monthly field calibration readings are typically required to achieve the best accuracy.
This high-accuracy conductivity data logger is a cost-effective way to collect water quality data. The HOBO U24 measures and records both conductivity and temperatures in streams, lakes, and other freshwater sources. This logger is recommended for monitoring aquifers for saltwater intrusion and road and agricultural runoff. This product’s open access to its sensor simplifies cleaning and maintenance. The HOBO U24’s non-contact sensor minimizes measurement errors related to drift. In addition, the logger features software-based drift compensation.
Measure 3-dimensional motion, such as sports activity or medical therapy compliance with the HOBO® Pendant G data logger. With this logger, users can measure acceleration and angular displacement in 1, 2 or 3 axes. Use this data to monitor activity and improve performance.
Accurately measure rainfall with the HOBO Pendant Event Data Logger. Determine rainfall rates, times, and duration after deployment with most standard tipping-bucket rain gauges. Efficiently gather and store momentary contact events and temperature data. Additionally, gain access to detailed event data. Event data is only stored when it happens for better memory usage. Use a solar radiation shield for accurate temperature measurement in sunlight applications. See RS1 Solar Radiation Shield (assembly required) and M-RSA (pre-assembled) Solar Radiation Shield.
This value-priced data logger is both miniature and waterproof, making it a sensible monitoring solution for specific temperature monitoring applications. The HOBO Pendant® Temperature/Alarm Data Logger has one channel and is recommended for short-term shipping or long-term monitoring. This data logger features a visible LED light indicator, which warns users when preset parameters have been exceeded. This model stores 6.5K of 10-bit temperature readings. Use a solar radiation shield for accurate temperature measurement in sunlight applications. See RS1 Solar Radiation Shield (assembly required) and M-RSA (pre-assembled) Solar Radiation Shield.
This miniature data logger can record temperature and relative light levels. Complete with waterproof casing, this product is designed for indoor, outdoor, and underwater deployment. This model can store approximately 52,000 measurments of 10-bit readings. Use a solar radiation shield for accurate temperature measurement in sunlight. See RS1 Solar Radiation Shield (assembly required) and M-RSA (pre-assembled) Solar Radiation Shield. Note that using a solar radiation shield prevents the use of the light sensor.
A miniature, waterproof one-channel temperature data logger, this model is value-priced for short-term shipping applications or long-term deployment. Data logger alarm LEDs flash if temperatures have exceeded user-set levels and delay options, and provide visible verification that temperatures have been within the desired range throughout deployment. This 64K model stores approximately 52K of 10-bit temperature readings. For accurate temperature measurement in sunlight a solar radiation shield is required (RS1 Solar Radiation Shield, assembly required; M-RSA pre-assembled Solar Radiation Shield).
