RX3004 4G Cellular Plans

• Fastest logging interval allowed is 1 minute.
• Plans shown above operate on 4G networks where available with backward compatibility for 2G and 3G coverage.
• The Premium and Standard plans allow unlimited alarms and the Basic Plan is limited to 20 alarms per month. Systems that will experience frequent alarms should choose Standard or Premium Plans. The Basic plan will only support limited alarming.
• Users with HOBOnet wireless sensors should choose Premium for up to 65 sensors.
• US plans operate on the AT&T Network; please call with coverage concerns. Global plans are covering countries listed below. Carriers may vary.
• If logging statistics on the analog module, SP-811/SP-812 are not allowed.  Please choose a Standard or Premium plan.
• These service plans provide one (1) year of cellular data transmission and HOBOlink service for RX3004 (Cellular 4G) units. Plan starts the day the RX3000 is registered in HOBOlink.
• Cellular service plans are limited to the parameters shown above. More frequent alarms, adding statistics and increasing the connection rate will impact the type of plan you should choose for your deployment. If the data used in particular month gets close to the limit, a warning will be sent. If the data left gets too low, HOBOlink will automatically turn off its connection service. Normal operation will resume the following month.
• If selecting the SP-610 or SP-611 SIM options, please note - 
  • The station will ship without a SIM card
  • The user must provide SIM card meeting the following requirements for proper function:
    • RX3004: Micro SIM for 4G LTE Network; supports UMTS/HSPA+ at 800, 850, 900, 1800, 1900, or 2100 MHz and LTE at 700, 800, 850, 900, 1800, 1900, 2100, or 2600 MHz
    • The SIM card must be activated and unlocked
    • APN for the associated carrier

RX3003 3G Cellular Plans

• The Fastest Logging Interval is 1 minute.
• Plans shown above operate on 3G networks where available with backward compatibility for 2G coverage.
• The Premium and Maximum 3G Plans have unlimited alarms per month; the Limited Plan has a maximum of 20 alarms.
• If logging statistics on the analog module, the SP-806 plan is not allowed.  Please choose from the plans in the Max-Connect and Premium rows.
• These service plans provide one (1) year of cellular data transmission and HOBOlink service for RX3003 (Cellular 3G) units. Plan starts the day the RX3000 is registered in HOBOlink.
• Cellular service plans are limited to the parameters shown above. More frequent alarms, adding statistics and increasing the connection rate will impact the type of plan you should choose for your deployment. If the data used in a particular month gets close to the limit, a warning will be sent. If the data left gets too low, HOBOlink will automatically turn off its connection service. U30 Data Plans

Wi-Fi/Ethernet Plans

• Fastest Logging Interval is 1 second for High-Data Plan SP-001, 1 minute for Standard Power Plan SP-002 and 5 minutes for Basic Plan SP-003.
• U30 Wi‐Fi and Ethernet HOBOlink only plans are priced according to the frequency of data uploads required.
• The High-Data Plan SP-001, Standard Plan SP-002, and Basic Plan SP-003 provide one (1) year of transmission and HOBOlink service for U30 units and will need to be renewed annually.
• Alarms are unlimited with these plans.

Cellular Plans

• Fastest Logging Interval is 10 minutes for the High Use Plans and 1 hour for the Low Use Plans. 
• These service plans provide one (1) year of cellular data transmission and HOBOlink service for U30 units and HOBOlink only plans for U30-ETH/U30-WIF units. The plans start on the day the U30 is manufactured. One extra week is included in the first year of service to allow for time between when the unit is manufactured and received by the user. 
• U30 cellular service plans are limited to the data connection rates in the table. The Fastest Logging Interval and the Fastest Connection Interval are estimates of what you can expect in normal usage. If there are more frequent alarms or logger launches or if you have more than 8 sensors connected, these will reduce how frequently the U30 can connect. If the data used in particular month gets close to the limit, a warning will be sent. If the data left gets too low, HOBOlink will automatically turn off its connection service. Normal operation will resume the following month.
• High Use Cell Plans limited to 500 alarms per month; Low Use Cell Plans are limited to 20 alarms per month.
