InTemp Product Support Specialist

Summary  

The InTemp Product Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting the InTemp Product Manager, Sales, and Tech Support team with the support of Onset’s new and existing InTemp customers. The role includes InTemp system training for new and existing customers, in addition to the development and revision of customer-facing product and training collateral. The InTemp Product Support Specialist will also assist the InTemp Product Manager with general InTemp product line management, communications, and documentation. To be successful in the role, the InTemp Product Support Specialist will need to possess a very high level of organizational, written, and communication skills, along with the ability to effectively multi-task, and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Customer Training and Support 

  • Provide any necessary trainings & demonstrations to new and existing InTemp customers
  • Work with the InTemp Sales team to provide InTemp system demonstrations to assist in new customer acquisition
  • Assist with InTemp customer support questions, including documentation requests and coordination within the InTemp team

Product Line Support

  • Create and update InTemp training documents and videos
  • Document any new product requests from customers
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of InTemp marketing materials

Key Customer Account Support

  • Assist InTemp Product Manager in supporting the communication, support, and training for large InTemp customer accounts
  • Assist in the documentation of customer product and software feature requests
  • Communicate product and software updates and other important information to all relevant key customer contacts' parties
  • Meet with the customer(s) regularly with the Product Manager for project updates
  • Provide any necessary off-schedule trainings & demonstrations to key accounts

Internal Quality Support

  • Document general internal InTemp processes
  • Recommend areas of improvement

Required Experience & Skills

  • Associates degree and two years of relevant experience, or Bachelors degree with no experience
  • Impeccable organization & time management skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Proven document writing skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Strong teaching/coaching skills
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of program/project management a plus
