Air Quality Monitoring
According to the EPA, indoor air pollutants are ranked among the top five environmental risks to public health, underscoring the need for maintaining adequate indoor air quality in buildings. Indoor air quality can be compromised by a range of factors including smoke, microbial contaminants, volatile organic compounds, and gases such as carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, and radon. Additionally, humidity can increase heating and cooling costs, damage building components, and support mold and bacterial growth, contributing to allergies and respiratory problems.
Monitoring allows air quality specialists to collect data on interior conditions, identify source issues, and formulate solutions for mitigating problems. Monitoring can also serve to ensure that solutions have been successful.

Onset’s HOBO MX1101 data logger measures and transmits temperature and relative humidity data wirelessly to mobile devices via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology.
The self-contained wireless data logger, which works with Onset’s free HOBOmobile® app for logger setup and data management, enables you to access data anytime from mobile device for iOS or Android over a 100-foot range, and it requires no dedicated equipment beyond a mobile device for configuring the logger or reading out data.
Using Onset’s free HOBOmobile® app, you can view data in graphs, check the operational status of loggers, configure alarm notifications, and share data files.
Onset’s HOBO MX1102 CO2 logger makes it more convenient than ever to measure and record CO2 in buildings and other non-condensing environments. It measures CO2 from 0 – 5,000 parts per million (ppm) – and our free HOBOmobile app* allows you to access data right from your mobile phone or tablet within a 100-foot range.
The MX1102 also features a USB port so it can be used with a computer running HOBOware graphing and analysis software.
The T-VER-PX3UL transducer can measure either air pressure or velocity with the flip of a switch. The PX3 is available in three installation configurations: duct, panel or universal. Duct and panel models have two pressure and velocity range options: 0-1" WC / 0-3,000 ft/min or 0-10" WC / 0-7,000 ft/min with seven field-selectable sub-ranges for pressure and eight for velocity. All variants are available with and without display. The PX3 has an IP65/NEMA 4 environmental rating.
Requires analog input option during RX3000 or U30 system configuration and use of a S-FS-CVIA when using the H22-001 data logger. When using a U12 data logger, this sensor requires an 0-5 Vdc analog input cable (CABLE-ADAP5) and external power provided by an AC adapter (AC-SENS-1).
