A simple method using underwater epoxy to permanently install temperature sensors in mountain streams
Monitoring stream temperature is critical to understanding aquatic ecosystems. Temperature monitoring in mountain streams, however, has been limited to summer months, when streams are accessible and snowmelt floods have abated.
