HOBO Waterproof Shuttle U-DTW-1 LED Error Codes

The numbers below indicate a blink pattern.  The first digit is the first part of the blink pattern and the second digit is the second part of the blink pattern.  
For the number 11, the visual blink pattern is: Blink - pause - Blink. For the number 12 it's: Blink - pause - blink-blink.  

The codes are defined as follows: 

11  Logger communication failure during offload - Clean optic surfaces, check logger battery, make sure the logger is seated properly

12  No logger found - Clean optic surfaces, check logger battery, make sure the logger is seated properly

13  Shuttle is full - Offload and relaunch shuttle

14  No tags found in logger or invalid logger memory size - Logger was launched with an old version of HOBOware; you will have to offload and relaunch with HOBOware directly 

21  Logger communication failure during launch (data offloaded ok) - Try again 

22  Invalid re-launch parameters/first 512 bytes of header could not be offloaded - Possibly a corrupted header in the logger

23  Logger header can't be verified, can't launch - Clean optic surfaces, check logger battery, make sure the logger is seated properly

24  SHUTTLE_INFO tag version incompatibility, can't launch - An unsupported future version of HOBOware was used to launch the logger in question; look for a Shuttle firmware update

25  RELAUNCH_COMMANDS tag version incompatibility, can't launch - An unsupported future version of HOBOware was used to launch the logger in question; look for a Shuttle firmware update

33  Low shuttle battery voltage - Shuttle batteries are below 2.2 volts; replace and relaunch

34  Invalid shuttle clock time - Shuttle was not launched after power reset

42  Logger failed communications test - Clean optic surfaces, check logger battery, make sure the logger is seated properly

44  Bad memory - Call Onset Tech Support 

 

Other LED errors

Yellow LED is on continuously - Switch is stuck on or magnet in coupler is too powerful/reed switch is too sensitive

All three LEDs blink simultaneously 5 times and STOP - Power reset, check batteries, and relaunch shuttle 

Green and yellow LEDs alternately blink (red is indeterminate) - Shuttle is in Firmware Update Mode and has been connected with a USB port on a computer; logger was powered up with the reed switch activated. Remove coupler and cycle power

Green and yellow LEDs blink simultaneously (red is indeterminate) - Shuttle is in Firmware Update Mode but is not connected to a USB port; logger was powered up with the reed switch activated. Remove coupler and cycle power (batteries and USB cable)

Green LED blinks (red is indeterminate) - Shuttle is in Firmware Update Mode, but the computer has not installed the proper drivers to work with the shuttle-in-firmware-mode.
