In our effort to protect the health of our employees and provide a safe working environment, Onset recommends that all products returned for service are clean and uncontaminated by harmful substances such as hazardous materials, chemicals, insects, and pests. We will refuse any shipment if we suspect items were exposed to any contaminants or hazardous materials that could cause discomfort, injury, illness, death, or other unwanted health issues. The safety and well-being of our receiving and repair teams is critical. Onset Corporation reserves the right to refuse service on any product where specific applications may cause health and safety concerns for its employees. Repair turnaround time varies, and it is best to check with your Technical Support Representative for the most accurate timing. Typically repair turnaround time is two weeks from receipt.

Onset will accept return of unused and unmodified standard goods within 30 days of delivery and refund the price paid less (i) any NIST testing charges, if applicable, and (ii) a fifteen percent (15%) restocking charge. All products returned for credit must be unused and returned in their original packaging and include all accessories. All returns are subject to a restocking fee and merchandise credit only, at Onset’s discretion. Please refer to Onset’s Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale for additional information.
Onset recommends shipping all returned items with a tracking number in order to ensure shipment traceability. Onset is not responsible for any package that is returned without a valid RMA number or for the loss of any package by any shipping company.
