Why is there no 'Tools' menu when I run HOBOware?

In order to see the Tools menu in HOBOware, located between the View and Window menus, you must have at least one tool properly installed. If you have installed Real-Time Alarm Software and you still do not see the Tools menu in HOBOware, make sure you are running HOBOware version 2.1.1 or higher. You can find the version of HOBOware that you are running by opening the About HOBOware window.
