When I go into the launch screen the description field is full of DDDDDDs.
If a data logger is disconnected immediately after selecting launch (or start), the information that is stored on the data logger's header may become corrupted. To correct the problem, simply relaunch the data logger. Allow the launch parameters to be sent to the data logger before disconnecting the data logger from the interface cable. Allow the data logger to record a few measurements. Download the information from the data logger to see if the DDDDDDs in the Description field were overwritten. If the DDDDDs remain in the Description field, the data logger will need to be returned to the place of purchase for repair. Please contact place of purchase for a return number.
