When does Onset provide technical support for HOBOlink?

Onset provides telephone support for HOBOlink from 8am - 5pm eastern time. However, if the HOBOlink system is experiencing a technical problem, our engineers will be working immediately to fix the problem. We have a robust set of monitoring tools in place to detect problems, allowing us to respond quickly to any issues.
