All U10 and U12 loggers are fully compatible with the Real-Time Alarm Software. The loggers can connect to a USB port on the computer or remotely through an Ethernet network using a Keyspan USB Server. HOBO Weather Station (H21) and HOBO Energy Logger Pro (H22) loggers connected to a serial port on the PC are also compatible. The remote communication products for HOBO® Weather Stations are not supported. (If you need Alarm notifications with remote HOBO Weather/Micro Stations, see SolarStream.) HOBO loggers with Optic USB communications (i.e., HOBO Pendant™, Water Temp Pro v2, and Water Level loggers) are compatible with the Real-Time Alarm Software using base stations, but battery life will be significantly less.
Battery and Memory status for HOBO U9, U11 and Pendant™ Event loggers can be monitored with the Real-Time Alarm Software, but the software does not support alarms for State or Event inputs.
