The data is stored on non-volatile EEPROM. As long as the EEPROM is not damaged, we should be able to retrieve the data for you. Contact place of purchase for a return number and specify that you need the data retrieved.
Please include the following information on your deployment with the return of your logger:
- Purchase date of logger.
- Length of deployment.
- Environment logger was deployed in.
- Temperature extremes logger was exposed to.
- Protective casing that was used and/or device that held the Optic in place.
- Depth logger was deployed at.
- Any chemicals the logger was exposed to in deployment or cleaning.
