There is condensation/water inside my Optic StowAway/StowAway TidbiT data logger. Is there any way to retrieve the data?

The data is stored on non-volatile EEPROM. As long as the EEPROM is not damaged, we should be able to retrieve the data for you. Contact place of purchase for a return number and specify that you need the data retrieved. Please include the following information on your deployment with the return of your data logger:
- Purchase date of data logger.
- Length of deployment.
- Environment data logger was deployed in.
- Temperature extremes data logger was exposed to.
- Protective casing that was used and/or device that held the Optic in place.
- Depth data logger was deployed at.
- Any chemicals the data logger was exposed to in deployment or cleaning.
