Make sure that the logger and the shuttle are clean from any type of buildup, algae, dust, etc. Follow cleaning directions listed below on "How to clean Optic StowAway and StowAway TidbiT loggers." Verify that the shuttle, logger and coupler are aligned properly and the magnet is still sitting in the small extension on the coupler.
.If you are still unable to download to the shuttle, try to download the logger to the host computer. Record any error message that you receive from BoxCar or BoxCar Pro software. Contact place of purchase for repair number; be sure to specify whether or not you need the data retrieved. If the logger is out of the warranty period/condition charges will apply.
