My device will not launch, what do I do?

If your device is getting an error attempting to launch, that error will be indicated in the Status label under the Device Information panel in the Device's page. If the error is happening repeatedly, try power cycling the device (unplug the solar panel and battery, then plug them back in). If the device does not launch properly on the ensuing connection, please contact Onset technical support.
