Check to make sure that the batteries are still good. Follow the directions below for the model you have.

H09-002-08
Press the trigger button (without anything attached). If the battery is working properly,
the offloading LED will light up, indicating that the Shuttle is attempting to offload a logger. After a few seconds the comm
failure will blink (because it cannot find a logger). Press the trigger button to turn the shuttle off.
H09-003-08
Press and hold the trigger button for three seconds. The shuttle's battery level indicator on
the side of the shuttle will briefly display the condition of the battery. You will need to replace the batteries if the indicator
stops in the Replace section of the bar, or if the indicator lights do not respond at all.

The HOBO and Stowaway products need an unused serial port to transfer information. If the battery appears to be fine
and you are still unable to communicate, please refer to the Error Messages page at the following link and look up the error number that you see in the screen.
