The only Smart Sensor that has been qualified for use with the H14-002 is the Temp/RH Smart Sensor (S-THA-M0xx). This sensor can be used with Smart Sensor Extension Cable(s) for a total cable length of 52 meters (170 feet). This will allow for two 25-m Smart Extension Cables to be added to an S-THA-M002. Keep in mind that the Weatherproof Connection Housing must be used for connections made within a condensing environment.
The 8-bit Temperature Smart Sensor (S-TMA-M0xx) and the 12-bit Temperature Smart Sensor (S-TMB-M0xx) are not qualified for use with the LCD logger.
The Smart Sensor Extension Cables do not work with any of the L series Temperature Sensors (L-TMA-M0xx, L-TMB-M0xx).
