If you are using the H09-002-08 version of the HOBO Shuttle, you may have corrupted the datafiles that were stored on the Shuttle by attempting to download loggers while the Shuttle's battery was in a low state. See the section above.

You may be able to retrieve the data that is stored after you replace the batteries. If you receive an error number 11, there is a strong chance that the files are corrupted. You will need to return the Shuttle to the place of purchase for repair.

If you are using the H09-003-08 version of the HOBO Shuttle, it will not offload the data from a logger if its battery level is too low to support the transfer. You should be able to retrieve the files stored on the Shuttle after replacing the batteries.

Please note that both versions of the HOBO Shuttle must be either launched or downloaded from a host computer after replacing the batteries. If the Shuttles are not synchronized after battery replacement, the Shuttles will not be able to download loggers in the field.
