Battery Installation: H08-008 Outdoor/ Industrial and H08-008-IS*

We recommend changing the HOBO's battery when its level is less than 30% (battery level is displayed on the host computer during Launch, Readout or on the HOBO Shuttle after data offload). Replacement batteries are available from Onset in boxes of 10 (Part # HRB-TEMP). Data stored in the HOBO will not be lost when removing the battery. To change the battery, open the case as shown in Diagram A, remove the battery by carefully pushing the plastic battery tab away from the battery until the battery pops up. Carefully slide the battery out from under the metal tab of the holder. Slide the new battery under the metal tab of the battery holder with the printed side away from the HOBO
