FAQs

I cannot connect using the USB Twin Adapter [show/hide]

The USB Twin adapter has two mini DIN ports — simply unplug the cable from one port and plug it into the other.
What software do I need to use Real-Time Alarm Software? [show/hide]

You must have HOBOware (v2.1.1 — 2.2.0) or HOBOware Pro, in order to use the Real-Time Alarm Software.
What happens if my Keyspan USB server has a power interruption? [show/hide]

If your Keyspan USB server has its power interrupted while you are running an alarm configuration, HOBOware will lose its connection to the loggers attached to the server. This will cause the monitor to send a notification indicating there has been a communication failure, if you enabled communication failure notifications in the alarm configuration for the loggers attached to the server.
