If a logger is disconnected immediately after selecting launch (or start), the information that is stored on the logger's
header may become corrupted. To correct the problem, simply relaunch the logger. Allow the launch parameters to be sent to the
logger before disconnecting the logger from the interface cable. Allow the logger to record a few measurements. Download the information from the logger to see if the DDDDDDs
in the Description field were overwritten. If the DDDDDs remain in the Description field, the logger will need to be returned to the place of purchase for repair.
