Conformance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended
29 U.S.C. § 794 (d)

Onset products qualify as a system comprising hardware and software
components for purposes of evaluation under Section 508 Subpart B: Technical
Standards defining specific conformances.

Subpart B, Section 1194.26, items A and D apply to Onset hardware products,
which are conformant to both.

Subpart B, Section 1194.21, items A through G, I, and J apply to Onset
software products - we are fully conformant to all except A and C; we are almost
entirely conformant to A and C, with Engineering commitment to become fully
conformant to both A and C.
